This is a basic frames template. To see the components of the frameset, choose Window > Frames.
Each of the four frames on this page contains a separate document. To edit any of the frames, simply click in the frame and start typing. For example, you can replace this text by selecting it and typing over it.
The dw_nav
and dw_header
frames have styles in them.
You can modify or delete these by clicking in the frame and choosing Window
> Styles and then clicking the Edit
Stylesheet... button.
The frame properties will appear in the Property inspector when you select a frame or frameset in the Frames window. To see the margin settings on the frame, click on the expander tab in the Property inspector.
Because each frame contains a separate document, you set its background, text, and link colors by clicking in the frame and selecting Modify > Page Properties... just as you would for any regular document. To save the document in the current frame, choose File > Save. To save all the documents (including the frameset), choose File > Save All.
Resize the frames by entering values in pixels or percentages in the HTML inspector. Make sure to select the entire frameset by clicking on the outer edge of the Frames window or you will not see a place to enter frame dimensions. It is also possible to resize frames by Alt-dragging (Windows) or Option-dragging (Macintosh) the frame borders when they exist, but in this example the borders are turned off.
